Soft Skills

Welcome to the Soft Skills course. This course was developed to better prepare you to obtain a new job and succeed in a professional setting. Throughout this course, you will be presented with important information regarding positioning yourself to be employable and professional in the workplace; tips for developing a professional attitude and enhancing your communication skills; and principles for working well as a team, to include understanding the importance of diversity, resolving conflict, and negotiation.
